Overview

Lobuche (4940 M) village name comes from the Lobuche peak (6119 M). It is a small village before Gorekshep. There are Few lodges in Lobuche, and they serve their customers with a friendly gestures and Sherpa culture. However, at almost five thousand meters, trekkers start feeling the effect of low oxygen and cold. Many trekkers complain it is hard even to stay there.
Our Lobuche to Lukla Helicopter flight intends to serve all the trekkers and locals in the village with prompt service. On a clear sunny day, the helicopter can arrive in Lobuche within 25 mins from our base Lukla.
Lobuche is a host village with seven lodges. Internet services are well available here. In addition, the lodges have oxygen services if there are any trekkers needing emergency oxygen. It is always a good option to stay one night at Lobuche for acclimatization before heading to the Everest base cam p and Gorekshep.
